Born from the experience of I Love Italian Food, the Istituto 100% Italiano is an authentic project that renews and strengthens our commitment to promoting Made in Italy around the world. With love.
Manifesto
The Istituto 100% Italiano was born from a deep love for our food and wine culture and from the desire to promote and protect the authenticity of Made in Italy around the world. Every authentic Italian product tells a unique story — one of passion, territory, and tradition. Our mission is to preserve and enhance these stories by safeguarding genuine Italian supply chains and training ambassadors capable of promoting true Made in Italy on a global scale.
A cultural bridge between Italy and the world
The Institute acts as a cultural bridge between tradition and innovation, supporting the global diffusion of Italian identity. Through an international network of professionals, experts, and strategic partners, we develop initiatives on a global scale to promote authentic Italian excellence and fight against phenomena such as Italian Sounding. In everything we do, we are committed to protecting and promoting the real Made in Italy supply chains, ensuring that Italian heritage remains distinctive and recognizable worldwide.

Ecosystem
Thanks to the experience and established network of I Love Italian Food, the Istituto 100% Italiano operates on a global scale, developing projects in 7 languages and reaching over 22 markets. This international structure allows us to tailor each initiative to specific needs, ensuring a targeted audience and meaningful impact.
We work closely with industry experts, ambassadors of Italian cuisine, and strategic partners in an integrated ecosystem that enhances the excellence and authenticity of our culture. Every member of this international network helps create unique educational experiences, in a constant dialogue between tradition and innovation, strengthening our mission to promote the best of Italy worldwide.
This ecosystem is not just an operational tool: it is a human and cultural heritage to nurture, value, and grow over time — because only through authentic relationships and shared expertise can we generate lasting and meaningful impact.

Locations
The Istituto 100% Italiano is structured across multiple locations to ensure a strategic presence both in Italy and abroad. The headquarters is based in Reggio Emilia, serving as the project’s operational heart. The Italian campus will be inaugurated at the end of 2025 at Villa Montepaldi — a prestigious conference and training center near Florence, owned by the University of Florence.
Internationally, the Institute operates through temporary locations: the Tokyo Living Lab in Japan and the Columbus Citizens Foundation in New York City.
