Asiago PDO Restaurant Week
From May 4 to 10, Vienna celebrates authentic Italian flavor with the Asiago PDO Restaurant Week: an entire week dedicated to discovering one of the most iconic cheeses of the Italian dairy tradition.
During these days, a selection of Italian restaurants across the city will offer special dishes featuring Asiago PDO, creatively reinterpreted by chefs and pizzaioli. From gourmet cuisine to contemporary pizzerias and more casual formats, each venue will present its own take, highlighting the different aging stages of the cheese and their unique characteristics.
It’s an opportunity to explore new flavors, discover outstanding restaurants, and experience a journey into the heart of Italian gastronomic culture—right in Vienna.
