A technical seminar dedicated to two of the most representative sectors of Italian food and wine: PDO cheeses and Italian PDO wines.
The main goal of the event is to enhance authentic Italian products, counter the phenomenon of Italian Sounding, and offer a concrete opportunity for education, in-depth exploration, and networking for industry professionals.
