Masterclass on Gluten-Free Italian classics
As part of the special edition of The Italian Show Helsinki, Chef Daniele Belardinelli – Gluten-Free Expert and Chef at New Food Experience Restaurant (Rome, Italy) – will host a masterclass dedicated to iconic Italian dishes in a gluten-free version, featuring the preparation of Gluten-Free Carbonara and Amatriciana, along with traditional desserts Maritozzo and Sicilian Cannolo, reimagined in a gluten-free key.
